Looking for an opportunity to meet with other Volunteer Managers to share experiences and ideas? Attend the Volunteer Management Roundtable sponsored by the Volunteer Center of the East Bay.
At this session we'll discuss how to recognize the important contributions your volunteers make to your organization's programs. We look at both formal and informal methods for appreciating volunteers and ask participants to share their experiences so we can learn from each other, too.
We'll also provide time for an open forum to share your other experiences and challenges, and discuss solutions with your peers.
